We are excited to bring to you a set menu on Monday 16th February (New Years Eve) which is traditionally when families get together for the last family meal of the year.
At Russell’s we have put together a mixture of South East Asian dishes that celebrates this special day. Our fixed 8 course menu is priced at £55 per person, and unfortunately, we cannot adjust the menu to suit dietary requirements. Spaces are limited.

Gressingham duck breast, cooked pink, in a traditional flour pancake with Peking Duck Sauce

Traditional pork and prawn steamed dumplings in wonton pastry

Fluffy steamed buns with Chinese BBQ pork filling

Lotus leaf rice wrap (China)
Glutenous rice is steamed with chicken inside a lotus leaf wrap
Queen Scallop (Hong Kong)
Pan seared scallop, served with classic black bean sauce
Lobster Cantonese Style (Hong Kong)
On shell lobster tail pieces are stir fried with a ginger and spring onion sauce
Bulgogi Rib-eye Steak (South Korea)
30 day dry aged Rib Eye steak, with fragrant jasmine rice, kimchee & Korean Bulgogi sauce

Steamed egg custard bao (Hong Kong)
Traditional bao with sweet custard filling, served on many Dim Sum trollies in Hong Kong
