RESPECTING SEAFOOD

Seafood is delicate, elegant and absolutely delicious. When the ingredients are this good, our chefs hardly needs to do anything with it.

UNWIND WITH A GLASS

Russell's has a wonderful bar area where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine, cocktail or something hot. We have many wines by the glass to suite your mood.

If you need something a bit jazzy, why not treat yourself to one of our many cocktails created by our bartenders, or if your tastes are simpler, relax with the perfect Gin & Tonic.

TAMING THE FLAME

Flame Grilled Steaks. Does anything else taste the same? Our head chef, Darius Hulpe has perfected the art of 'Taming the Flame'.

Flame grilling gives the steak that all important smokey flavour. The intense heat, quickly seals the meat, preventing any of the juices to leak out, resulting in a moist and flavoursome steak.

Bringing together the best of British meat, fish and seafood. Our team have created a menu that follows the principles of simplicity with flavour. When the local produce is this good, respect it.

Our selection of steak cuts represents different taste profiles and textures, and our staff are happy to advise you. The seafood options include fish and shellfish. Look out for seasonal specials and catch of the day.
