Who said lunch isn’t rock ’n’ roll?

It certainly was when fashion and design guru Pearl Lowe, her Supergrass drummer-vocalist hubby Danny Goffey and their young brood of budding musos turned up for a Sunday roast at Russell’s of Broadway deep in the Cotswolds, and invited OK! to take some exclusive pictures of them enjoying a good old family feed, before Danny nipped off to headline the Wychwood Music festival nearby.

The cosy, rural family scene is all a far cry from Pearl’s heady days in London as part of the Primrose Hill set, when she and Danny often got tabloid attention for all the wrong reasons, with their cool friends including Jude Law and Sadie Frost. 

But as 41-year-old Pearl tells us, she’s fully recovered from her troubled times of addiction – as detailed in her best-selling book All That Glitters – and has successfully rebuilt her life in the Somerset countryside with Danny (whom she finally married last December) and their three children Alfie, 12, Frankie, nine, and three-year-old Betty, as well as working hard on her latest, ever-distinctive design projects.
